"Help! I have a piece of jewellery that requires sizing / reshaping / repair. Can you help me?"

 

If the item is with a brand we currently stock, we can arrange for your item to be sent back for repairs. If your item is not of a brand we stock, we can send your item over to our personal jeweller to get a quote on how much it will cost and an estimated time of how long it will take. Drop by our store with your item and our friendly staff can sort this out for you.

 

"I brought in a piece of jewellery to be repaired a while ago. When will it be back?"

 

Our jewellery repairs typically take 1-2 weeks if they are with our personal jewellery, give us a call so we can contact our jeweller for an updates on your repair.

 

"Can you replace watch batteries and straps?"

 

Yes! Typically an overnight service, our replacement watch battery service is $15.00. As for straps, come in to see us to choose from a range of straps for your watch. If your watch is of a brand we carry (Skagen, ICE, Bering, Lorus), then these watch straps will need to be ordered from the supplier and typically takes 3-4weeks for international delivery.

 

"How long does my warranty last and what does it cover?"

 

The warranties between our brands will all differ. They will range between 3 months to a lifetime depending on the brand, collection and whether the item was a "LAST CHANCE TO BUY" piece. Our warranties cover manufacturing faults only, however, if your piece of jewellery has been damaged, give us a call and we can arrange for repairs at a low cost.
