"I've seen an item online/on the television/in a magazine. Do you have it? Can you get it in for me?"

 

We strive to have a wide range of collections instore to cater to all our customers' tastes and styles, and our PANDORA collection is always well stocked. However, it may be possible that our more popular pieces have sold out or we do not have the size you are after.

Give us a call on 094807799 during our normal business hours to confirm the items you want are in stock. Orders of items that are out of stock typically take 3-5 working days, so we recommend giving us a ring one week prior to the date you will require your items.

 

"I've ordered something but I can't make it to the store! Do you do delivery?"

 

No problem! We know our customers are busy and can't always drop by to pick up their orders, therefore we offer delivery for $5.00 for signature track and track 1-3 working day shipping.

 

"I've ordered something but I haven't recevied it yet? Where is my order?"

 

Fear not! Our deliveries take 1-3 working days, if you have no received your order yet, give us a call to confirm the track & track code and we'll sort it out.

 

"I've ordered something but it's the wrong size! What can I do?"

 

Sometimes it can be difficult getting the correct sizes when ordering via phone/email. Drop by our store with your receipt and get sized by our trained staff. We can exchange your item for the correct size, as long as the item has not been worn and is in brand new condition with correct packaging.
